Presentation skills are the abilities and qualities necessary for creating and delivering a compelling presentation that effectively communicates information and ideas. They encompass what you say, how you structure it, and the materials you include to support what you say, such as slides, videos, or images.

Usually there are 5ps we need to take care whenever we make  presentation

We teem art of public speaking and jeering skill but at times we notice, most of the audience wont note our topuc some times our motto, to reach audience isnt proactive.

Its basic thing they go vague,

The complain of boredom they may riducule, sometimes talking to each other or disturbing session some complain, they didnt get what speaker  tries to convey.

These draw backs makes presentation especially basing on its purpose the education summit a classroom or webinar

Or or a business meeting a board

An interview or a role play..

Its distigushing fact no speaker is accepted universally, so a.well thought out planned and sequenced presentation is needed.

Replacing  conventional  techniques, one has to plan the speech  or topics in to subdivided sections, for example an overview mode of what is to be conveyed.

 a paraphrased version, instead of flowing write up,

A sectionalised write up, or template format using Ms word, PPts  if projection or audio visual facility isnt available, one must go with print of that prepared content.

Stop using ai based write ups ready paragraphs collected over Internet

The authentic and original overlay has to to be handy in gaining confidence of expert listeners

As now a day audience are diverse

In case of project presentation one has to be more careful a plagairism check is essential for award of appreciation.

Presentation must be a counter productive,

It wouldnt carry audiences, interest very long.

 If its isn't a sorted well arranged, with querys jokes and interactive one.

A good speaker  always have that impact, before he sums up or to make it obsorbitant he needs  to spell bound absolutely, penetrating the listeners mind, just as how newspaper is having an exorbitant content,

Just as if a radio program goes how the listeners are glued, sometimes for hours.

So, a presentation must be a tabled one with conscience of concise, sequenced coherent to topic influential must be schematic and clubbed with data statistics pictures vice versa.
